Including Custom Values in your tags helps you simplify the customer communication process by keeping your team aware of specific details including Dropdown, Numeric, and Date Fields to maximize their potential, simplify contact categorization, and create dynamic experiences that promote engagement.

⭐️How To Use Custom Value Picker for Dropdown, Numeric, and Date Fields:

  1. Navigate to the Workflow builder inside of the Automation section by clicking any workflow or creating a new one.

  2. Click the plus sign icon and add the action Add Contact Tag or Remove Contact Tag.

  3. Click the three-dot icon and select the Dynamic option.

  4. Add the custom value from the tag icon menu.
